On the other hand, The uncertainty principle is simply saying that it is impossible to decide the position for which is moving and also impossible to decide the speed for which is not moving. In another expression, The world of stillness and the world of motion can not be treated equally. Simply saying, Everything in the world is uncertain incidence but not certain fatality. Werner Karl Heisenberg proposed �gThe Uncertainty Principle�h against Albert Einstein�fs �gThe Theory of Relativity�h.
