Chapter 18 From relative to absolute The times when Japan had spirit of innovation most remarkably in historic the world is for 20 years from the 1970s to the 1980s. The world praises Japan as No.1 and the irresponsible economic critic applauded this country and the people danced to bubble. It presented the same phenomenon to the Russia-Japanese War in Meiji era, nominating a country when wining. However, the scene that came after was fierce misery. On the other hand, when the Roman Empire conquered the world, attempting to go back to the time for long time solitude in Europe and the Roman Empire began to decline in the medieval The European country began to appear when Japan was confused warlike ages but the state that forwarded in the cutting-edge in the world. When talking about the population, the United Kingdom had still about 5 millions, but Japan was to do the force being which crosses 30 millions and the population of Japan was more distant than the other European countries.80 millions of Germany people, 60 millions in France and 50 millions in the United Kingdom in the present which passed for equal to or more than 400 years. The United Kingdom and France are in such situations in spite of increasing a population in strengthening international character, rising to the advanced which is called the Great Powers, doing a war with equal to or more than 80 times, leaping to the 400 years. At present, the population of the world is 6.3 billions but is increasing too rapidly like the multiple pyramid investment scheme. 30 millions people is increasing every year but most of these factors are a wild country in Africa and the advanced converts into the direction of the decrease. It is common sense that the original factor of the population growth centers on the place to have been delayed in the culture and the financial page. It is natural providence and the food chain that was a phenomenon according to the law. However, when entering into the modern world, the development of the scientific technology for the past hundreds of years increased the population of the advanced countries. The world tries to return to the original flow in the 21st century. In other words, it becomes a tendency with the population of the wild country who increases while the population of the advanced house decreases. The rise of China seems to symbolize the world in the 21st century but the overwhelming population which will be impossible for USA to catch up even if hundreds of years taken with billions of people of China. Without the reason, the power with this population will conquer the world. However, China until the 20th century was dominated by the United Kingdom and France where the population didn't fill 100 millions. The overwhelming population could not show the power, i.e. the times when the relative value excelled. It is because I made the title of this Chapter "From relative to absolute" I wanted to talk about that the world indeed is now giving first cry for the coming new paradigm in the population problem. The human race who is living in the surface of the star which is called the earth rushed into the step of the infinite circle regressive movement at the fierce speed now. That is the appearance of becoming highly information-oriented society and then the surface of the earth had gotten to be only an expanse with the stadium degree of the baseball relatively. Moreover, endless movement at which the speed increases as time goes by must continue in the finite three dimension space. If God created a universe, why has he made the infinite movement in the finite space? If the arrow of Time is one-way, this reason seems concluded. In other words, if the arrow of psychological time is one-way traffic and the arrow of entropy with also one-way traffic and the generation development of the same one-way traffic and then the space of the expansion, the movement is an excuse if continuing the repeat of the fluctuation forever like a trigonometric function. However, at the symbolical time, the passing a baton from the 20th century to the 21st century, as for the space, the opinion to be finally the one that has collapsed with the expansion turning to shrink became decisive. I think that it will be possible that conventional common sense is overruled the world, i.e. the metaphysics world of the philosophy and the religion. All senses of values were relative in the history of the human race for the past millions of years and the history of the human being for the past thousands of years. For example, even if it takes one aesthetic standard of the woman, as for the world of Islam, the fat woman is the important element of the belle even now. In this Japan, the woman that the arms and the legs like the mantis is an aesthetic feeling. In the same times the standard is quite different for this. However, all relative senses of values disappear when the concept of the time changes for the human being and the absolute time appears and the standard of value which was derived from the time like the only god belief gets to have absoluteness. The 21st century must become the decisive century that will give this problem on the human race, I think.
