Chapter 26 Day and Night

Now this is summer.
Almost, the sun rises in about 5 o'clock a.m. and the dawn starts.
Then,it takes about one and a half hour reach to half past six when we call the morning which the sun goes out to the sky fully to begin to shine on and in the appearance of the sun from the dawn.
After that time, it becomes noon.
Will you think that 9 o'clock of a.m. is in the morning?
Already, it becomes ready at noon.
Therefore, when you are not getting up by 6:30 a.m. from 5 a.m., it isn't possible to say that you get up in the morning.
Also, it starts nightfall at 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
Then, around 7 p.m., the appearance of the sun can be mumbling fully and becomes dark.
This time is called the evening and after that is called night.
Then, the interval of that duration is called the daytime.
To 8:30 a.m. from 7 a.m. is in the morning when it is summer but to 6 p.m. from 5 p.m. is in the evening when the winter comes in, and from 6 p.m. this will become night.
It was going to bed with night until before by approximately 100 years that electricity was discovered and an electric light was invented and all took a bed from the early days.
Then, in the morning, it was to get up from the bed and everybody got up early.
However, it began to change with its rhythm for the modern society that is progressing the current science civilization.
When distinguishing the bright and dark side in the earth from the space satellite, it proves that Tokyo and New York, Las Vegas are shining brightly in 24 hours a day.
As for Africa and so on, it is hopeless when most places becomes even now at night.
In Japan when half a century before, the most of Japanese family went to the bed at night.
The turning point when the living pattern of the modern world on a day was fixed would be owing to the invention of the electric light by the discovery of the electricity.
Then, the radio, the TV emerged after that and the rhythm of the human being life had been fully changed.
The distinguishing the morning, the daytime, evening and the night had forgotten completely.
Will it seem to have been extended actually in 30 years from the times when the average life expectancy of the human being was called 50 years of life formerly beyond 80 years?
I think that the lifetime of 50 years is dull only in 80 years.
Specifically, after born in 20 years and approaching to death in 20 years, i.e. in the life of 80 years, the life from 60 years old to 80 years old and up to 20 years old it will not be compared with the sense of fulfillment in the period of the times of 50 years of life.
By the meaning which doesn't have to be in 80's from being in 60's because 50 years of life, it is not possible to compare but it is sure that contents were more distantly enriched in the times of clarifying, 50 years of life which is in teens.
The emptiness of the nursing care life, the increase of the young and aged people crime, the outlook on life which was cooled, the cooled aged people have been deriving from the exhaustion and a result of multiplying the misfortune to know and that to have destroyed the happiness which finishes without knowing is the appearance of the electric light, the radio, the TV by the electric civilization.
Will it not be permitted to say to the life in 80 years that first 20, last 20 the euphoria of which returned and decreased and it was previously described are 40 of the anguish?
Of course, there are living people, too but it is very rare case.
Such people think that the possibility of the life that is in 50's was vain and big opposite from being in twenties among it.
The rhythm at day and night was not made with the convenience of the human being but being naturally made in revolving around the sun and in the rotation of the earth.
The rhythm is the rhythm of the wave motion as expected, being the rhythm of the movement (the activity).
There is the repetition of the mountain and valley.
The fact to become at night is that the distance from the sun becomes long and that the activity becomes a resting position is natural because it is a meaning with the decreasing energy the influence of the gravitation becomes small and also which it is given to from the sun, aiming at the resting position oppositely.
In case of being so, the daytime stands still in the lively period of the activity and the night stands still in the activity.
That the morning and the evening are a neutral period during the gear shift in the period is a right form on a day and will be the rhythm which is the best for the body and mind condition.
It is necessary to begin to keep this rhythm on a day.
