Chapter 45 Build a new ideology (6) What new society should be? The Cold War ended up with the victory of capitalism against socialism; however, it was also the lost of capitalism. It is because, as mentioned before, both ideologies are two sides of the same coin and have to live together. That one ruined brings the other to ruin, too. We will encounter a big wave of social revolution in near future. However, it is also a big chance to get rid of the conflicting structure based on the dual thinking. It is necessary for human beings to step up beyond our conventional way of thinking, which is the theme of �g21st century�fs ideology�h. As a practical method we have to change what organization should be. Organization is the source of making profit and aims to get as much and effective profit as possible. It frames a hierarchical system where the upper squeeze the lower. This hierarchical structure is nothing but the cause of discrimination, which must be eradicated. What arises next to the hierarchical system should be a square-type society like the one of wild animals led by a boss (leader). There is no ranking at all except the boss (leader) in the society. The society depends only on the ability of the boss (leader). No one doubts that political leaders of modern society are at a low level. No big trouble has occurred so far because the fundamental structure of modern society is hierarchical, so they need only to think of their own profit. People in sacred professions are the key to selecting a leader of the square-type society. The word �esacred profession�f is very old-fashioned; however, it must be necessitated in the 21st century. A new boss (leader) in the coming new society is to be a person who is prepared to lead the society with his character and dignity and is worthy of being sacred if the conventional boss (leader) has ruled slaves and made a profit from slavery. We must not expect such a superman but lift the individual level to make the society.
