Chapter 23 Strong & weak issue is pie in the sky The strong cannot understand how the weak feel; the weak cannot understand how the strong feel. Then, why do we long to be strong and hate to be weak? “The dead might have understood both the alive and the dead because they experienced both; they might have understood the essence of the coin, life and death.” Supporting this idea, we only hate death but it isn’t so in fact as I mentioned in the last chapter. If so, the idea “the weak might have understood both the strong and the weak because they experienced both; they might have understood the essence of the coin, strong and weak” should cause us to hate to be weak but it isn’t so in fact. Finally, The strong cannot understand how the weak feel; the weak cannot understand how the strong feel. Then, we will be able to clearly find out the essence of the coin, strong and weak. The strong cannot understand how the weak feel and the weak cannot understand how the strong feel only when the strong have been strong from their birth to death and the weak have been weak from their birth to death. The essence of the coin, strong and weak, lies at this point that the strong have been strong from their birth to death and the weak have been weak from their birth to death. Then, can the strong unconditionally keep being strong from their birth to death? The society of other creatures that live with a sense of belonging to nature has no distinction between strong and weak but it is a circulating society of the eater (killer) and the eaten (killed), namely the world functioned under the law of food chain from their birth to death. The society of human beings (including pet animals involved in human society) who do not live with the sense of belonging to nature is a non-circulating society of only the eater, namely not the world functioned under the law of food chain from their birth to death. As a result, the circulating society is nothing but the sense; the non-circulating society is nothing but the lack of the sense, namely a partial view. Nature is the earth. A sense of belonging to the true parent, the earth, is sensing the gravity that is the true parent earth’s feeling. Losing the sense and not feeling the earth’s gravity, only human beings have been maintaining the non-circulating society only for the eater (killer) from our birth to death and end up with the eater’s (killer’s) death. This is the reason why human beings are afraid of death. Living in intelligence-oriented society, we believe that intelligence (intelligence power) can make us strong. This, however, is a false idea, a fake idea. The essence of the coin, strong and weak, lies at this point that the society of other creatures who have the sense of belonging to the earth, the true parent, by feeling the earth’s gravity is the circulating society of the eater (killer) and the eaten (killed) and the society of human beings who have lost the sense to have the partial view and can’t feel the gravity is the non-circulating society only of the eater (killer). Other creatures living in the circulating society cannot understand how human beings living in the non-circulating society feel; weak human beings living in the non-circulating society cannot understand how other creatures living in the circulating society feel. Human beings, therefore, have got to know death to live with the fear of death while other creatures have no idea about death. There is no concept of death if they have been living from their birth to death in the circulating society of the eater (killer) and the eaten (killed). There is a concept of death if they have been living from their birth to death in the non-circulating society only of the eater (killer). With the concept of death we have been maintaining the non-circulating society from our birth to death, so population continues to increase. Eventually, the coin of the strong and weak issue is nothing but the conversion of that of the live and dead issue. The issue of strong and weak is nothing but a pie in the sky unless we clarify the death matter.
